STRATEGY WINS THE WAR. Stress is something experienced by most of us when we are about to perform something and especially when we appear for exams. Stress can be understood as body’s normal response to ,THREAT, CHALLENGE OR EXCITEMENT. If we face EXAM as a threat or as a challenge, there will be more negative hormones adversely affecting our performance, where as if we take it as an excitement we will have more positive hormones and stress free body- mindset, which will enhance our performance. Three simple things to keep in mind is  SAMADHAN. SAVADHAN. SAMVIDHAN. SAMADHAN  Keep your mind and thoughts in a positive and cool mode. Relax your body and brain by taking deep breaths.
